Booking Policy

Dining Etiquette:

• If you have any allergies or related dietary requirements, please be sure to inform us at the time of booking. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests that have not been made in advance and we are unable to accomodate any strict dietary requirements and requests such as vegan, vegetarian, or any sort of strict seafood and gluten-free allergies.

• Smart casual dress code is encouraged for all guests, male guests are required to wear closed toed shoes, long pants and sleeved outfits.

• We are delighted to welcome families with children, aged 10 and above. Kindly note that we provide our regular menu to children.

• Please refrain from flash photography during the show and turn phones to silent mode. We encourage customers to visit the restroom prior to dining.

• For the comfort of all customers at Kani Lab, video recording is not allowed during meals without prior consultation.

• No outside food including cake is allowed.

Reservation Policy:

• As our media art and dining take place simultaneously at Kani Lab, we kindly ask our guests to arrive on time to ensure a smooth dining experience for all. If you are more than an hour late, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and a refund of your reservation fee and access to the dining experience must not be possible.

Reservation Refund Policy:

• 100% refund for cancellation for changes in number of people or date up to 3 days prior to the reservation date.

• 50% refund for cancellation for changes in the number of people or date up to 2 days prior to the reservation date.

• No refund for cancellation or changes in the number of people or date within 1 day of the reservation date or on the reservation date itself. The reservation fee is applied to each individual, and it is equivalent to 50% of the total dining cost based on the reserved number of people.
